By downloading or using NET, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App

You maintain full ownership of the data you enter into the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

2. Data Responsibility and Privacy

NET operates offline, and all financial data is stored locally on your device.

• India-Specific Feature (UPI Auto-Track): If you enable the UPI Auto-Tracker, the app accesses incoming SMS messages to detect and parse financial transactions. This processing happens entirely ON-DEVICE. We do not upload your SMS data, transaction history, or financial information to any servers. The data is processed locally and never leaves your device.
• No Cloud Sync: We do not automatically sync your data to the cloud. You are entirely responsible for using the ZIP/CSV export features to safeguard your data.
• Data Loss: We are not liable for any loss of data caused by device failure, uninstallation of the App, or failure to create manual backups.

3. Monetization, Subscriptions, and Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Play Billing for premium upgrades and displays third-party advertisements via Google AdMob for free users.

• Subscription Plans: We offer auto-renewing Monthly and Yearly subscription tiers. Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Google Play Subscriptions settings before the end of the current billing period.
• Legacy Users: Users who purchased the early-adopter Lifetime Premium offer are permanently grandfathered into the PRO tier.
• Ad-Rewarded Features: Free users may unlock specific features temporarily by watching reward advertisements.
• AdMob Data Collection: For users on the free tier, Google AdMob may collect certain device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and usage data to serve personalized ads. Premium (subscribed) users do not receive ads and are exempt from this tracking.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall we be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of the App, including discrepancies or errors in transaction parsing.

5. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
